Hindi ko alam kung bket prang bigla n lng akong naging insomniac. Hindi ako makatulog. kanina 5 am nko ntulog. wag nio n tanong kung bkit. dko rin alam.

cguro masyadong maraming energy ang aking katawan n kailangan ilabas pero hindi nalalabas kya napupunta sa aking brain na hindi makatulog.

causes of insomnia

Virtually everyone suffers at least an occasional night of poor sleep. Insomnia causes vary from person to person.
